Jacob Logan returns for Halloween, this year as a wizard, to anchor the show! In this episode, Julian Whitehead celebrates Dr. Sommers for National Principals Month, Jaylen Meadows and Maliek Hawkins highlight the football team, Pakhee Verma and Bryce Holland  play Fear Box on Mavs in the Hallway, and Chase Rodenhaver and Rushika Jayaprakash take a deep dive into Red Ribbon Week.

Jacob Logan
Jacob Logan, Unbranded Associate Producer
Jacob Logan is a senior at Emerson and he serves as the Associate Producer for the Unbranded. He joined the Unbranded in 2022 and has been in the program for 3 years. He joined the class due to his love for movies, YouTube, and all things revolving around video. Jacob hopes to pursue film not just as a hobby, but a career too, planning to go to film school post-graduation. Whenever Jacob isn't in school, or working on news stories, he's usually playing drums, going to concerts, or hanging out with his close friends.
Humza White
Humza White, Unbranded Staff Reporter
Humza White is a sophomore at Emerson High School and is entering the Unbranded for his first year. He assists in editing and filming different segments of the show. His favorite part of being on the Unbranded is filming others and managing the behind the scenes work on the show. When he is not doing anything related to the Unbranded, he is involved in the Emerson Student Council as a Sophomore Class Delegate, and as a Emerson High School Football Junior Varsity Offensive Lineman. He likes to read and volunteer at different events.
Jaylen Meadows
Jaylen Meadows, Unbranded Staff Reporter
Jaylen serves as a Staff Reporter for the Unbranded. He is interested in being a part of the Unbranded team because he thinks it is a good way to gain experience in his field of work. Outside of the Unbranded he is a sports videographer and photographer and enjoys filming and editing a lot of player mixtapes.
Chase Rodenhaver
Chase Rodenhaver, Unbranded Staff Reporter
Chase is a sophomore at Emerson High School and he serves as a Staff Reporter for the Unbranded. His favorite part of the Unbranded is working with cameras and interviewing people. When he is not at school he likes to talk about sports with friends and family and watch sports. His goal is to be a sports broadcaster.
Rushika Jayaprakash
Rushika Jayaprakash, Unbranded Staff Reporter
Rushika Jayaprakash is a senior at Emerson High School and serves as a Staff Reporter for the Unbranded. She has always had a passion for cinema and is working to produce films and enhance her skills as a content creator. When she is not working for the Unbranded, she enjoys dancing, singing, photography, and listening to K-pop. In the future, she hopes to pursue a career in film and business entertainment.
Bryce Holland
Bryce Holland, Unbranded Staff Reporter
Bryce Holland is a sophomore at Emerson High School and he serves as an Unbranded Staff Reporter. This is his first year with the Unbranded as he likes working in media and sports. His love for sports and broadcasting made him want to join the Unbranded. Bryce hopes to pursue sports broadcasting in the future. He likes to watch and learn about sports during his free time.
Pakhee Verma
Pakhee Verma, Unbranded Executive Producer
Pakhee Verma is a senior at Emerson High School and has been part of the Unbranded for four years. She is the Executive Producer for the unbranded this year. Her favorite part of her job is to be creative and put her ideas onto a screen as well as helping the team reach their full potential. When she is not working for the Unbranded she likes doing taekwondo, play guitar in her band, play chess, and play violin for the EHS orchestra. After high school, she aims to major in Data Science and then pursue a Master's in Business Administration.
Maliek Hawkins
Maliek Hawkins, Unbranded Staff Reporter
Maliek Hawkins is an first-year Unbranded staff member at Emerson High School. He is interested in being on the Unbranded because he likes photography. Maliek has won multiple district awards for football, and he plans to attend The University of Oklahoma for football.
Julian Whitehead
Julian Whitehead, Unbranded Staff Reporter
Julian Whitehead is a senior at Emerson High school and he serves as an Unbranded Staff Reporter. He has previous experience with the Unbranded through his AV Production Course in his junior year. He is interested in The Unbranded because he wants to share people stories and also their mindsets. Outside of The Unbranded, Julian spends his time with family and friends, doing his favorite hobbies such as cooking, singing, and just goofing around. His life goal is to become the first, second generation entrepreneur in his family.
