This restaurant would always catch my eye, so I wanted to give their food a try to see if this place is my next go to!
First Look

The restaurant appears to be clean and well organized. The tables and floor are well kept as well as the kitchen being organized. It was not very busy, as my family and I were the only customers there. It was a quiet and relaxing end to my evening with the kitchen talking very minimal, employees focused on making orders.
Menu Options
Pho Lane features items such as a build your own pho with your choice of noodles, meat and broth. There are meat options for sandwiches, salads, fan-favorite spring rolls and the Vermicelli plate. The meat options include grilled chicken, beef and pork. For those who can not eat meat, Pho Lane offers a fried tofu option. Their desserts include delicious Vietnamese fruit cocktails, drinks include soda, Vietnamese coffee or water.
What I Ordered

For my main dish I chose pho with thin rice noodles, sliced beef and beef broth. The pho also came with cilantro, jalapenos, bean sprouts and lime. The noodles were cooked to perfection with a nice softness. The meat was juicy and tender, with a nice amount of salt. I was really impressed by the smooth flavor combination of the vegetables and meat with minimal seasoning. The price was also pretty good, being $10.75 for such a large portion.

In addition to the pho, I ordered the crispy egg rolls with pork. The outside was flaky and had so much flavor. It was not dry and had a perfect balance of crispiness to soft inside ratio. The inside filling had pork and vegetables. It was perfectly seasoned, not too overpowered with salt. The egg rolls came with a house sauce that had a sweet and salty flavoring adding a rich nutty flavor to the pork.

Lastly, we ordered pork spring rolls for $6.75, again a large portion for the price. The spring rolls were soft but crunchy. The vegetables tasted fresh and handmade. The inside had noodles and vegetables with a soft rice paper wrap. The rolls came with a peanut sauce and their house sauce. The spring rolls already had so much good flavor from the meat and rice vermicelli, but the texture was unmatched. I definitely recommend giving these three items a try especially when there is a large portion for a smaller price.
Service
The service was outstanding as soon as I came in. The worker at the front counter was attentive and immediately took our orders as soon as we were ready, not rushing us. He made sure to bring us our food and explain to us what foods were and asked if we needed anything more. Ten minutes later he came back again and checked on us again asking how the food was and if we needed anything else. Before we left I was sent away with a smile and a nice goodbye. I would definitely say the employees are very nice and welcoming.
Overall
Overall I would say my rating would land at a 10/10. The food was flavorful and fresh, with an amazing price for what I got. The service contributed to this score because the employees were so nice and calming, adding to a perfect quiet dinner space. The environment was empty but warm with every table clean and a nice minimal decoration. Pho Lane amazed me and is definitely going to be a go-to Vietnamese restaurant especially when in need of a comfort meal.
